We want you to be satisfied with the Service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your Allured.ai subscription.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.
- Your conversations and account data are preserved.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Within 48 hours of purchase: If you subscribed by mistake or the Service did not work as expected, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase.
- Service outages: If the Service was significantly unavailable during your billing period due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial months of service after the 48-hour initial purchase window.
- Downgrade from a higher tier to a lower tier mid-billing period.
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses (response quality may vary).

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, contact us at the email below. Please include your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection law, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By using the Service and expressly consenting to begin service delivery upon subscription, you acknowledge that this right of withdrawal may not apply once the Service has been accessed. This does not affect any other statutory rights you may have.
