Welcome to Allured.ai ("the Service"), an AI character conversation platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Allured.ai provides an AI-powered character conversation platform where users can interact with AI characters through text-based conversations. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying usage limits.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe, via Autumn). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.

• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Each subscription tier includes usage limits that determine how many messages you can send within a given time period. Usage is metered based on the cost of AI processing for each message.

• A rolling 4-hour usage window resets automatically.
• An overage reserve provides additional capacity beyond the 4-hour window, resetting monthly.
• When both limits are reached, messaging is temporarily restricted until the next reset.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate character responses. AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as factual, professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. The Owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.

Conversations are stored to provide the Service. You retain ownership of the content you input. By using the Service, you grant Allured.ai a limited license to process your input content solely for the purpose of generating AI responses and improving the Service.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of the Owner and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

The Owner's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
